Painting Autumn Sights

Having grown up in New England and just moving from Western New York to Charleston, I'm seeing that fall is just a bit different down south.
The Confederate Roses are blooming, along with regular roses, Lantana, Hibiscus, azaleas etc etc etc.

The leaves are definately changing on some trees and plants but the color is more subtle than what I'm used to.

Since I don't have a complaint in the world about being here, I will just have to paint some fall leaves and enjoy everyone's fall posts. Gorgeous pictures Glenda!!

maybe next fall we will head to the mountains, but for now I can't get enough of the beach.
